Job summary

Affirm is building the next generation of consumer finance, and the Affirm Card sits at the center of that vision—blending debit, pay‑over‑time, and network‑native experiences into a single product.

We’re looking for a Director of Product to lead the Affirm Card and Card Platform—owning both the end‑user experience and the platform that powers card issuance, authorization, servicing, and partner integrations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management, with experience leading multi‑team product areas or platforms.
• Track record of owning large domains or business lines with meaningful financial impact.
• Experience managing managers and building high‑performing PM teams.
• Proven ability to create systems, processes, and culture that scale.

Responsibilities

• Define multi‑year vision for the Card across consumer experience, growth, and economics.
• Lead the US direct‑to‑consumer card products (Affirm Cards, in‑app virtual cards).
• Oversee Card Platform (authorization, ledgering, servicing, controls) powering D2C products and integrations.
• Translate company strategy into a coherent roadmap spanning multiple teams and systems.
• Align senior stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Credit, Legal, Partnerships, and GTM.
