Job summary

Affirm is building the next generation of consumer finance, with the Affirm Card at the center of its strategy. We are looking for a Director of Product to lead the Affirm Card and Card Platform, owning end-to-end user experience, business outcomes, and the platform powering issuance, authorization, servicing, and partner integrations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management, with multi-team/domain leadership.
• Experience building high-performing PM teams and scalable orgs.
• Ability to connect product decisions to company strategy and portfolio goals.
• Depth in payments, cards, fintech or related infrastructure.
• Strong data-driven decision making and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Own the Card domain end-to-end with a multi-year vision.
• Lead US direct-to-consumer card products and in-app virtual cards.
• Oversee Card Platform (authorization, ledgering, servicing, controls) and partner integrations.
• Translate strategy into a coherent roadmap across multiple teams and systems.
• Build and scale a high-performing PM organization and operating cadences.
• Drive GMV, engagement, unit economics and credit outcomes for Card.
• Partner with Finance and Credit to optimize profitability and risk.
• Drive platform capabilities (APIs, controls, servicing systems) and scale geographies.
