Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Director, Real Estate & Workplace Strategy to shape the long-term real estate portfolio and workplace approach across a growing organization. The role partners with HR, IT, and Compliance to align space decisions with employee experience, operations, and financial priorities.

The ideal candidate brings deep corporate real estate expertise, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to guide executive-level decisions in a dynamic, acquisition-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in corporate real estate, especially growth through acquisition.
• Knowledge of commercial lease structures and lease accounting.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with outsourced service providers or brokerage partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multiyear portfolio strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Evaluate footprint decisions and build business cases with financial analysis.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Compliance to meet employee experience needs.
• Oversee workplace strategy reflecting hybrid schedules and collaboration needs.
• Manage relationships with external partners and service providers.
• Safeguard lease data accuracy and prepare reports for executive leadership.
• Analyze rent and occupancy trends to identify risks and savings opportunities.
