Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; nursing or clinical degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in hospital operations, including performance improvement and financial operations.
• Deep knowledge of hospital and health system operations.
• Ability to benchmark and analyze data for operational redesign.
• Consulting experience with complex, multi-site operational change programs.
• Strong client leadership and business development skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality consulting services for healthcare clients.
• Provide industry expertise and management consulting support.
