The successful candidate will combine strong ML/AI technical expertise with leadership, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to align AI efforts with company strategy and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, ML, AI, Mathematics or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in machine learning and AI with production deployments.
• 5+ years leading and managing ML/AI teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor ML/AI engineers and researchers to build production-ready models.
• Define and execute ML/AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end development, deployment, monitoring of ML/AI solutions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data platform and other teams to leverage ML/AI opportunities.
• Stay updated on Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and ML best practices and governance.
