• Set the technical and scientific bar; stay hands-on with architectures, designs and evaluations.
• Own AI system readiness end-to-end from framing to production monitoring.
• Choose problems and invest where impact is greatest, including agentic assistants and large-scale reviews.
• Partner with product, engineering, design, and legal teams to scale ideas to production.
• Communicate technical nuance clearly to team, leadership, and customers.
• Represent Relativity at industry conferences and with customers.
