Job summary

ADP is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions for our application development and AI/ML platform. You will work with clients, product managers, architects, software engineers, and more to plan, design, develop, test, and implement impactful solutions that support organizations of all sizes.

You will engage in sprint cycles, code reviews, and deployments, while mentoring junior developers and collaborating across frontend and backend teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5-7+ years of experience in AI/ML and application development.
• Experience with LLMs and NLP.
• Design and development of AI/ML driven applications including chatbots.
• Experience with WebServices and JSON patterns.
• Experience with Kafka messaging.
• CI/CD pipelines and agile development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, architects and engineers to plan, design, and implement AI/ML solutions.
• Develop, test, and deploy robust software for internal and external clients.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and release activities.
