Job summary

Proscia is seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer for remote USA delivery. You will own the technical implementation from readiness to go-live, coordinating with architects, project managers, and customers to ensure successful deployments and smooth handoffs to support.

You will deploy, configure, and troubleshoot multi-component environments, APIs, identities, storage, and networks while driving standardization and reusable deployment practices across Proscia projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise IT, technical implementation, or professional services.
• Proven ability to lead complex deployments and manage risks.
• Strong customer-facing communication and ability to explain tech to varied stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployments from readiness through go-live stabilization.
• Translate designs into technical configurations meeting customer needs.
• Plan technical work with project managers and manage prerequisites.
• Configure environments across app, infra, networking, storage, and identity.
• Implement and troubleshoot integrations with customer systems.
