Job summary

Proscia is seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer to lead the technical deployment of digital pathology solutions for customers. You will own readiness through go-live, coordinating with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and customers to meet requirements and Proscia standards.

This role requires 7+ years of enterprise IT experience, strong Linux/Windows, scripting, AWS/Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, and healthcare/LIS exposure.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on Linux and Windows expertise, with containerization and automation skills.
Experience deploying and supporting apps in AWS and/or Azure, including storage and networking.
Hands-on with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD practices in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical implementation of customer deployments from readiness to go-live stabilization.
Translate approved designs into technical configurations with Solution Architects.
Plan technical work with Project Managers and manage prerequisites and dependencies.
Configure and deploy customer environments across application, infrastructure, networking, storage, identity, and integration components.
Implement and troubleshoot integrations with identity providers, storage, networks, and upstream/downstream systems.
Execute and validate data migrations, verify data integrity before cutover.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across layers; identify risks and blockers early.
