CenterWell, part of Humana Inc., seeks a Senior Associate, Digital Marketing to drive data-driven strategies across website, email, SMS, and organic social channels. You will support digital lifecycle campaigns, content and website optimization, audience segmentation, and performance reporting while partnering with creative, analytics, brand, agencies, and cross-functional teams.

This role is remote, EST hours, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on owned channels
• Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, digital attribution, and user experience
• Proven success in developing and optimizing digital strategies across email, SEO, website, and social
• Experience working in agile PODs and applying agile principles to campaign development
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Results-oriented leader with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

Aufgaben

• Lead and support digital marketing initiatives across owned channels: website, email, SMS, and organic social
• Support acquisition website authoring needs and testing agenda
• Support digital owned performance tracking and assist with inputs for business listings
• Develop and assist in audience-first campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and retention
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Monitor KPIs across owned channels and compile performance reports
