Job summary

Cobalt is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead a sophisticated Growth Marketing framework focused on automation and orchestration to identify accounts with the highest propensity to buy, and nurture them into purchase readiness.

In this role, you will develop and execute integrated marketing playbooks and measure program efficacy to generate and accelerate pipeline across North America and EMEA, using Salesforce, HubSpot, and intent tools to drive activation and expansion.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing experience with a focus on growth, demand generation, or regional marketing.
• Demonstrable expertise in account-based marketing strategies, tactics, and modern growth technologies.
• Marketing automation and CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and intent tools (UserGems/6Sense).
• Analytical skills to derive insights that drive campaign optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to create conversion-focused content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned to company growth objectives.
• Drive multi-channel programs (email, webinars, social, direct mail, digital ads) through the buyer journey.
• Design and oversee automated agents to streamline workflows and accelerate delivery.
• Use intent signals to trigger automated playbooks engaging buying committees.
• Nurture existing customers to drive whitespace expansion and cross-sell.
• Co-own the content calendar and design multi-format programs for key accounts.
