Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with large, distributed teams in analytics or related field.
• 2+ years experience using Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• Demonstrated experience in completing in-depth analysis and developing clear recommendations.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute reports to track digital performance and trends.
• Perform in-depth analysis across websites and mobile apps to uncover digital behavior improvements.
• Translate results into insights and recommendations to support optimization.
• Manage projects with alignment of scope, meetings, and deliverables.
• Create tracking requirements for new features and participate in UAT.
• Establish analytics documentation, governance, and scalable processes.
• Coordinate team operations and reporting, including OKRs and reviews.
