Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and/or financial systems.
• 10+ years of experience in finance transformation or building and owning financial systems.
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing cross-functional teams (such as business analysts, product managers, or technical leads).
• Demonstrated ability to influence across all levels of an organization, including executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Analysts and Product Managers with Optum Technology to create and own the Optum Insight data mart.
• Translate strategic priorities into technical product features and functional requirements for tool development.
• Manage product vision, definitions, and multi-year roadmaps and refine backlogs.
• Oversee technology and data product build plans, prioritization, and execution.
• Supervise initial product testing, data tie-outs, and automated SOX controls prior to UAT.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial systems strategy with business objectives.
