• Lead analytics engagements from problem definition through adoption of insights.
• Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations and reports translating analytics into actions.
• Build trusted relationships with partenaires and senior leaders to identify risks and opportunities.
• Promote adoption of self-service reporting and guide stakeholders to analytics resources.
• Collaborate with analytics and technical teams to ensure high-quality analyses and consistent methodologies.
• Maintain data quality, privacy, confidentiality, and responsible handling of employee information.
