Job summary
UnitedHealth Group’s Optum unit seeks a senior People Analytics consultant to deliver workforce insights that support talent decisions and business strategy.
You will partner with People Business Partners and leaders to translate questions into analytics engagements, lead engagements from problem definition through insights, and develop executive-ready presentations that drive action while safeguarding data quality and privacy.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in People Analytics or related analytical consulting.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic People Analytics consultant to People Business Partners and leaders, providing workforce insights.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into clearly defined analytics engagements and actionable recommendations.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers related to turnover, employee listening, workforce planning, talent movement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead analytics engagements from problem definition through analysis, insight generation, recommendation development, and stakeholder adoption.
- Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations, reports, and communications that translate complex analytics into clear business implications and recommended actions.
- Build trusted relationships with People Business Partners and senior leaders to proactively identify workforce risks and opportunities.
