Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an experienced Analyst, Digital Analytics to join the Ford Pro Digital Analytics & Experimentation team. You will translate stakeholder questions into measurement approaches, perform advanced analysis, and deliver clear recommendations that improve digital experiences and business outcomes.

You will collaborate across Telematics, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance analytics to build holistic Ford Pro narratives and deliver scalable analytics solutions for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, CS, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, product analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on with a digital analytics platform (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics).
• 3+ years using SQL to analyze large datasets and integrate sources.
• 2+ years creating dashboards or reusable reporting (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik).

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement and insight generation across Ford Pro Digital Product journeys.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and tagging teams to measure new experiences.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to tell holistic Ford Pro stories.
• Analyze clickstream and journey data; identify friction and opportunities.
• Curate Adobe Analytics workspaces and build dashboards for on-demand visibility.
• Use SQL and analytics tools to integrate enterprise datasets.
• Develop and scale AI-enabled analytics workflows.
• Present findings in concise narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
