Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an Integrated Services Analytics Product Manager to guide strategy, development and delivery of analytics and AI platforms for the GDIA ecosystem. You will lead hands-on efforts to build a data and visualization platform delivering actionable insights and reporting to senior leadership.

Although remote, candidates near Ford hubs may be onsite several days per week. You will manage diverse, multi-disciplinary teams and shape the analytics roadmap across Integrated

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive experience in roles encompassing data, business intelligence, reporting, and data science.
• 3 years of experience in designing and building compelling data visualizations to communicate complex insights to a variety of stakeholders.
• 4 years of Project or Product Management experience that includes ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results.
• 2 years of experience with Event-driven architectures; Domain-Driven Design; Public Cloud; Cloud-Native architectures; APIs; and Serverless, Kubernetes for model deployment and scaling.
• Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to mentor others and navigate complex decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate the product vision with business partners, aligning with Ford’s digital transformation goals.
• Lead development of analytics and AI solutions and governance for the Integrated Services Analytics eco-system.
• Own the reporting and analytics roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver insights to leadership.
• Lead cross-functional product teams to design, develop and deploy analytics and AI products.
• Drive adoption of analytic solutions among leadership, finance, and operations teams; establish a trusted source of truth for subscriptions business.
