Job summary

Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI, is seeking a Senior Analyst for Global Digital Strategy to shape the digital customer experience. You will research consumer trends, benchmarks, and emerging tech to guide a customer-first roadmap and support strategic planning across product teams.

You will distill data into clear recommendations, engage internal owners, and help answer big-picture questions about the automotive digital marketing landscape. This role is hybrid with four days onsite weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in digital experience strategy or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience framing POVs to influence leaders and peers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in and support content creation for annual, quarterly, and ad hoc digital strategic planning efforts for the Global Digital organization.
• Support development of the digital strategic plan.
• Engage internal business owners to ensure strategies are clear and aligned with the broader ecosystem.
• Distill data, insights, and information into clear, compelling recommendations.
• Keep abreast of digital/mobile consumer trends and share insights with the Global Digital team.
• Investigate consumer research, industry research, and quantitative data.
• Answer essential strategic questions about competitive landscape and changing consumer expectations.

Education
