Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an Integrated Services Analytics Product Manager to lead strategy, development and delivery of analytics and AI platforms. You will empower the FIS team with actionable insights, govern dashboards, and drive adoption across leadership and operations.

You will manage a cross‑functional team including data scientists and engineers, deliver MVPS, and champion data‑driven decision making in a remote work setup with occasional onsite requirements near Ford hubs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics or similar data‑driven field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of progressive experience in data, BI, reporting and data science.
• 3 years designing and building data visualizations.
• 4 years PM/Project Management experience; ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytics and AI products and platforms for Integrated Services Analytics.
• Own the analytics and reporting roadmap for FIS leadership and business teams.
• Lead a team of data scientists and analysts to design dashboards and data strategy.
• Ensure key financial and operational metrics are available for leadership reporting.
