Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an Integrated Services Analytics Product Manager to lead strategy, development and delivery of analytics, AI products and platforms for the GDIA-enabled FIS ecosystem. You will own the analytics roadmap, guide cross-functional teams, and collaborate with business partners to deliver actionable insights, dashboards, and governance across Ford's digital platforms.

Remote-friendly role with potential onsite collaboration at Ford hubs; you will mentor data scientists

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics or similar data‑driven field.
• 5 years of progressive experience in roles encompassing data, business intelligence, reporting, and data science.
• 3 years of experience in designing and building compelling data visualizations.
• 4 years of Project or Product Management experience including prioritization and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate the product vision with business partners, aligning with digital transformation goals.
• Own the Integrated Services analytics roadmap and drive data-driven insights for leadership.
• Lead a team of data scientists and analysts to design dashboards and advise on data strategy.
• Ensure availability of key metrics for leadership reporting (HEDE, subscriptions, activation KPIs).
• Drive adoption of analytic solutions across Ford leadership, finance, and operations.
