Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Senior Sales Ambassador for a US remote field-based role. The ideal candidate will cover the Greater Phoenix, AZ metro, with travel across Arizona and New Mexico (75%+). You will represent Abbott’s Core Laboratory Diagnostics to existing customers, drive revenue growth, and improve profitability and loyalty.

Strong collaboration across sales, marketing, and service is essential. The base pay ranges from $78,000 to $156,000 per year, with travel up to 75–80% in the assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s with 2+ years in a lab/diagnostics field
• 5+ years experience with instrumentation in a laboratory setting or related
• Experience providing technical product application and/or hardware support
• Ability to travel up to 80% and hold a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to existing customers and drive retention.
• Manage accounts and develop strategic plans for value expansion.
• Perform assay integrations and support technical needs of the laboratory.
• Coordinate orders, delivery and billing processes.
• Renew contracts and extend agreements to block competition.
• Support implementation on new accounts including installation and validation.
