Abbott is seeking a Senior Sales Ambassador for a US remote field-based role based out of the Greater Phoenix, AZ metro area. You will manage existing accounts, drive revenue growth, and support laboratory instrumentation solutions across Arizona and New Mexico.

Frequent travel (up to 75–80%) is required. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience with lab instrumentation, strong customer interfacing skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or two years of relevant experience required.
• 5+ years with instrumentation in a laboratory environment or related field service experience.
• Experience providing technical product application or hardware support.
• Experience interfacing with customers.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted partner to existing customers and drive retention.
• Develop accounts according to strategic plans and expand value.
• Support assay integrations and technical needs of labs.
• Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through issue resolution.
• Coordinate orders, delivery, and billing processes.
• Renew contracts and extend relationships to block competition.
