Qualifications

• Track record of models that ran in production and retraining.
• Strong statistical depth with uncertainty quantification.
• Disciplined software engineering and reproducible pipelines.
• Experience with messy healthcare data and clinical workflows.
• Experience shipping model features with product teams.
• Ability to explain uncertainty and tradeoffs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, validation, and production operation of predictive models.
• Set methodological bar and document decisions for partners.
• Write production-quality code and manage deployment in Snowflake with Data Eng.
• Estimate impact of products and content on patient outcomes using appropriate methods.
• Turn ambiguous goals into well-posed problems with cross-functional teams.
