Job summary

Medbridge is hiring a Staff Data Scientist to own predictive and risk-adjustment models for healthcare outcomes benchmarking. You will frame problems with partners, choose methods, build and validate models, and ship them to production in Snowflake, monitoring performance and retraining as needed.

You will lead through influence, set modeling standards, and collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to ensure responsible use of healthcare data and measurable impact on patient

Qualifications

• Production model code ownership: deployment, monitoring, retraining.
• Statistical depth and uncertainty quantification.
• Experience with real-world healthcare data and evaluation design.

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, validation, and production operation of predictive models.
• Set methodological bar and document decisions for stakeholders.
• Write production-quality code with deployment and monitoring in Snowflake.
• Estimate product impact on patient outcomes using rigorous methods.
• Collaborate with product/engineering/clinical teams to ship models.
