Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Engineering to lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of Alto’s data platform, ensuring high-quality, trusted data fuels analytics, operations, product innovation and ML.

You will mentor a team of data engineers, collaborate with Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Finance, and design scalable data pipelines while enforcing governance and data quality across the platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering or related data infrastructure roles.
• 5+ years leading and scaling technical teams.
• Proven experience architecting, operating, and scaling modern cloud-based data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proven track record owning platform reliability, including SLAs, observability and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a data engineering team with focus on scalable data solutions.
• Define the long-term vision for Alto’s data platform and align with product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Finance, and Enterprise teams.
• Ensure governance, privacy, compliance, and data quality across pipelines and warehouses.
• Drive near real-time analytics, experimentation, and ML workflows with reliable pipelines.
