Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Engineering to lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of Alto’s data platform. You will manage a high-performing team designing resilient data pipelines, evolve the modern data stack, and establish data engineering best practices across a healthcare technology company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Eng, Math or related field.
• 10+ years in data engineering/platform roles.
• Architect, operate and scale modern cloud data platforms.
• Strong data modeling and ELT skills.
• Hands-on with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proven reliability ownership with SLAs and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term vision for Alto’s data platform.
• Lead a team of Data Engineers; foster ownership and excellence.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics and Finance.
• Ensure data security, governance and compliance in healthcare.
• Scale pipelines for real-time analytics and AI workflows.
