Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Engineering to lead strategy, architecture, and execution for Alto’s data platform. You will manage a high-performing team building resilient data pipelines and evolving a modern data stack.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Finance, and Enterprise teams to prioritize impactful data initiatives, establish governance, and scale the platform for real‑world clinical and business use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is required.
• 10+ years in data engineering or related roles with leadership experience.
• Experience architecting and scaling modern cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data engineering strategy, architecture, and execution.
• Manage and grow a high-performing data engineering team.
• Define data platform vision aligned with product roadmaps.
