Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Engineering to lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of Alto’s data platform.

You will build and guide a high-performing team that designs resilient data pipelines, evolves the modern data stack, and sets data engineering best practices across a healthcare technology company. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Finance, and Enterprise teams to prioritize high-impact data initiatives, establish

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; 10+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Proven experience architecting, operating, and scaling modern cloud-based data platforms.
• Strong data modeling, ELT, and pipeline orchestration expertise.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Track record owning platform reliability with SLAs, observability, and data quality frameworks.
• Experience building data platforms in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy standards.
• Experience supporting ML pipelines and feature stores.
• SQL and programming proficiency (Python, Scala, etc.).
• Data contracts and data product frameworks across domain teams.
