Ladders is seeking a Sr. Advisory Consultant, Data Governance to advise client organizations on governance strategy and operating models, remotely.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to improve metadata management, data quality, and stewardship practices, and support governance tool adoption. The role includes client-facing consulting, training, and hands-on guidance across diverse industries, with a focus on implementing governance workflows and ensuring governance is

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data governance, metadata management, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with data catalog tools such as Alation, Collibra, Atlan, or Purview.
• Exposure to data quality tools and processes such as Informatica or Talend.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to align stakeholders on business rules and data quality controls.
• Familiarity with governance operating models and data stewardship practices.
• Knowledge of privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate data governance working groups to align business and technology stakeholders.
• Execute metadata management activities, including cataloging and stewardship workflows.
• Partner with business teams to draft and maintain data governance documents.
• Apply data quality processes and support practical implementation and adoption.
