Ladders is seeking a Senior Business Information Management Specialist to lead enterprise-wide information management initiatives aimed at improving data governance, integration, and usage across the organization. The role partners with data owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to strengthen controls and enable reliable data-driven decisions.

Location is remote, with compensation ranging from $115,440 to $173,160 annually.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in business administration, statistics, mathematics, science, or finance.
• Expertise in data management, governance, and quality assurance.
• Experience in financial services, particularly in credit risk or regulatory environments, preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on documentation and stakeholder management.

• Analyze and design data repositories, warehouses, and ETL processes.
