CLA is seeking a Senior Data Governance Analyst to join our growing team. This role leads core data governance initiatives and partners with business and technical leaders to promote responsible and compliant use of data.

You will design policies, standards, and processes; drive data quality conformance; and own governance artifacts while collaborating across Compliance, Risk, Security, Legal, and Metadata Management. Travel less than 10%.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in data governance or data management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Information Management or Computer Science preferred.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles, policies, standards, and KPIs/OKRs.
• Working fluency with DAMA-DMBOK and knowledge of GDPR/CCPA.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional sessions and translate terms to source systems.

Mansioni

• Lead the implementation and enhancement of enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and processes.
• Identify gaps and lead continuous improvement efforts, including governance conformance monitoring.
• Define governance requirements for metadata, including business terms, data elements, definitions, rules, lineage, ownership, and accountability.
• Lead data governance intake and prioritization for consideration by the Data Governance Council.
• Facilitate cross-functional data decisions among data stewards, custodians, SMEs, and business/technical stakeholders.
• Own the lifecycle of governance artifacts, including drafting, review, publication, versioning, and scheduled refreshes.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Security, Legal, Metadata Management to support governance, risk, data quality, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and deliver training, communications, and guidance to strengthen data governance adoption and data literacy across the organization.
