Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or IT.
• 6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Technical Customer Success, Solution Architecture, or Consulting.
• Experience with agentic workflows in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for AI integration.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience with SaaS applications in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or Compliance.
• Strong understanding of APIs and data engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to identify business needs and data requirements
• Partner with pre-sales teams to ensure smooth transitions to implementation
• Engage with Solution Architects to enhance customer onboarding experiences
• Analyze customer needs to recommend optimal use of the data management suite
• Define tasks and monitor project progress with consulting stakeholders
• Establish data integration workflows between customer systems and the company's platform
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to promote customer self-sufficiency
