Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Engineering to lead the data platform strategy, architecture, and execution. You will manage a high-performing team, define technical standards, and collaborate across product, engineering, analytics, and finance to deliver trusted data assets.

The role focuses on scalable pipelines, governance, and real‑time analytics in a regulated healthcare setting. You will implement best practices, ensure data quality, and drive AI/ML workflow readiness while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
10+ years in data engineering or related data infrastructure roles.
Experience architecting and scaling modern cloud data platforms.
Strong SQL and programming proficiency (Python/Scala).
Experience with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy standards.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Data Engineers.
Define and execute the long-term vision for Alto’s data platform.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Finance, and Enterprise teams.
Scale the platform to support increasing data volume and real-time needs.
Establish data governance, privacy, and compliance within a regulated environment.
Ensure observability, testing frameworks, and robust incident response.
