Job summary

Fuze Health in Florida seeks a Senior Manager, Data Engineering to lead strategy, architecture, and execution of the data platform, ensuring high-quality data fuels analytics, ML, and product decisions.

You will mentor a team of data engineers, collaborate across product, engineering, data science, analytics and finance, and drive governance, performance, and scalability in a regulated healthcare context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
• 10+ years in data engineering, platform infra roles.
• Experience architecting scalable cloud data platforms.
• Hands-on with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• HIPAA familiarity and healthcare data privacy exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of the data platform.
• Build and mentor a high-performing data engineering team.
• Define long-term data platform vision aligned with product roadmaps.
• Partner with product, engineering, data science, analytics, and finance.
• Establish governance, SLAs, and performance metrics.
