You will manage a high‑performing team responsible for resilient data pipelines and a modern data stack that supports analytics, product features, and ML workflows. You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Finance, and Enterprise teams to deliver high‑impact data initiatives, establish governance, and scale data assets for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field required.
• Proven experience architecting and scaling modern cloud data platforms.
• Hands-on with data modeling, ELT, and pipeline orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, architecture, and execution of the data platform.
• Manage and grow a high‑performing data engineering team.
• Design resilient data pipelines and evolve the modern data stack.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Finance, and Enterprise teams to prioritize data initiatives.
• Define career paths, performance standards, and hiring plans for scale.
• Build stakeholder trust by translating business needs into scalable data solutions.
• Ensure platform reliability, observability, and data quality across pipelines.
