Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a Data Analyst & BI Senior Specialist to lead the development of clear, trustworthy reporting and visualizations for the Operations organization. You will own how field performance is measured and communicated, from frontline operators to executives, and also externally to customers.

You will partner with Operations, Quality, Loss Prevention, Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, and Data Analytics teams to identify what is happening, understand why, and determine actions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or operations analysis in warehouse fulfillment/logistics/e-commerce.
• Expert-level ability to build insights-driven dashboards in Power BI or similar BI tools using large datasets.
• Strong experience with data modeling and KPI design.
• Strong SQL skills to extract, validate, and interpret operational data.
• Strong stakeholder management to influence Operations leaders and communicate with Data Engineering and Product teams.
• Familiarity with warehouse systems and event data (WMS, labor tracking, station performance).
• Experience supporting multi-site performance reviews and standardizing KPIs across a network.
• Must adhere to OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy.

Responsibilities

• Dashboard development and reporting ownership: build and maintain standardized Power BI dashboards and reports across sites.
• KPI design and operational insights: translate goals into actionable KPIs for site and network levels.
• Data visibility & cross-functional partnership: work with teams to close data visibility gaps.
• Data requirements & business alignment: ensure data collection supports objectives with Product and Engineering.
• Data pipeline partnership & optimization: design and maintain data pipelines for accuracy and efficiency.
• Reporting governance & trusted metrics: standardize metric definitions and governance.
