OnTrac is seeking a Data Analyst & BI Senior Specialist to design, develop, and maintain clear analytics solutions. You will build dashboards, recurring reports, and ad hoc analyses, turning data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of industry principles and operational event data concepts.
• In-depth knowledge of standard office software and data analytics technologies, including Power BI dashboards and SQL.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience translating analytical results into clear, actionable deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Dashboards & recurring reporting: Build, refine, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• KPIs, metrics & data visualization: Translate goals and reporting needs into actionable KPIs, defined metrics, and visuals.
• Data visibility & process improvement: Partner with teams to identify gaps in data visibility and improve processes.
• Reporting quality & metric governance: Improve consistency and quality by following documentation standards.
• Ad hoc analysis & business insights: Provide analyses to support strategic initiatives and leadership inquiries.
