Job summary

ActivTrak seeks a detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights that improve performance. You will design dashboards (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau), ensure data quality with engineers, and perform advanced analytics using SQL and Python.

Responsibilities include supporting ad-hoc requests and refining productivity metrics. You’ll collaborate with HR, Operations, and Product teams while communicating clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SQL, BI tools, Python.
• Experience with Google BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, Develop, and Maintain BI Dashboards & Templates.
• Data Quality Control with engineers to ensure accuracy.
• Perform Advanced Analytics using SQL and Python.
• Facilitate internal ad-hoc data requests from cross-functional teams.
• Enhance productivity metrics and align with business goals.
