Job summary
Atlas Oncology Partners seeks a Senior Data Analyst, Clinical Operations to build on our analytics foundation and accelerate automation and speed-to-insight across workflows. You will pull data from call center, outcomes reporting, and our Snowflake EMR data warehouse to understand productivity and performance across care teams.
This role owns end-to-end reporting from data pull to insights delivery. Collaborate with clinical operations leadership, design dashboards, automate analyses with SQL,
Qualifications
- 5+ years of healthcare data analysis with SQL and advanced Excel.
- Experience with EHR-sourced operational data and call center data.
- Ability to build reliable, maintainable dashboards and translate data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Integrate data from multiple platforms and reconcile data for analyses.
- Build and maintain datasets and dashboards to track care-team productivity and call workloads.
- Identify drivers of performance variation across teams, sites, and roles; present to leadership.
- Gather requirements from clinical operations and translate into analyses.
- Automate recurring analyses and scale reporting using tools like SQL, Power Query, and AI.
