Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a Data Analyst & BI Senior Specialist to join our remote-friendly team. You will own reporting for Operations, building dashboards in Power BI and delivering reliable metrics from field to executive levels.

You will partner with Operations, Quality, Loss Prevention, Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, and Data Analytics to identify what is happening, why, and what actions should follow, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or operations analysis within warehouse fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or a similar environment
• Strong ability to build insights-driven dashboards in Power BI or similar BI tools using large datasets
• Strong data modeling and KPI design experience
• Strong SQL skills to extract, validate, and interpret operational data
• Ability to influence Operations leaders and communicate across stakeholders with clear analysis
• Familiarity with warehouse systems and operational event data such as WMS scan events and labor tracking

Responsibilities

• Dashboard development and reporting ownership across sites and functions
• Translate operational goals into actionable KPIs and visualizations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data visibility
• Work with Product and Engineering to ensure data collection supports business objectives
• Design and maintain data pipelines for data availability and accuracy
• Establish reporting governance and a trusted single source of truth
