Job summary

Resonetics in the United States is seeking a Product Owner, Operations Analytics to serve as the IT business partner for analytics, reporting, dashboards, and data workflows. You will own the Operations Analytics Portfolio and collaborate with Operations leadership to define priorities and deliver high-value BI solutions.

The role leads modernization of reporting, promotes enterprise data assets, and partners with BI, Data Engineering, ERP, and external partners to execute a long-term analytics

Qualifications

• 10+ years of analytics and BI experience with ERP data.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment supporting operations functions.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technology solutions.
• Demonstrated success managing analytics, reporting, or ERP-related initiatives.
• Experience with ERP migrations, implementations, or large-scale transformation projects.
• Fluency with Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, or similar ETL platforms.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate).
• Ability to document business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Understanding of data governance and enterprise analytics concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Operations stakeholders and IT for analytics, reporting, dashboards, and data workflows.
• Own and manage the Operations Analytics Portfolio, including roadmap development, prioritization, and value realization.
• Partner with Operations leadership to understand processes and prioritize technology investments.
• Lead modernization of Operations reporting and Power Platform solutions.
• Evaluate reports and data workflows for retirement, consolidation, or rebuilding with enterprise data assets.
• Define business requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, and success measures.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for Operations analytics and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with BI, Data Engineering, ERP, and vendor teams to align with enterprise standards.
• Promote adoption of enterprise datasets and standardized reporting across Operations.
• Support design, development, testing, and deployment of Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate UAT, training, and solution adoption activities.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Document processes, reporting requirements, and operating procedures.
