Job summary

JLL is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity with up to 25% travel.

The role leads a Data Analytics team, ensures asset data accuracy, and collaborates with program management, surveyors, reliability engineers, and IT to deliver reliable data and insights for real estate portfolios. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business or technology, 4+ years of experience with supervisory responsibilities, and strong analytical and data-management skills, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or technology field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with some supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
• Proficient in data collection methodologies, data analysis techniques, and project management principles.
• Ability to formulate, manage, and teach unique solutions to complex data issues.
• Experience with real estate software applications and data management tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and irregularities within large data sets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Data Analysts to provide daily oversight and guidance.
• Develop and manage performance metrics for direct reports.
• Act as a role model for the JREDD platform.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets.
• Filter and clean large data sets to ensure consistency.
• Review field data in real-time and provide feedback for collection improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Prepare clear reports summarizing findings and implications for decisions.
• Present progress, challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the technology team to enhance reporting and visualization capabilities.
• Develop methods to gather asset and facility data and improve processes.
• Streamline data collection to CMMS and planning tools.
• Provide support with setup and daily management of databases and analysis tools.
• Offer insights and recommendations to optimize asset performance and reduce risk.
• Develop tools to enhance QA/QC processes and handle multiple projects.
