Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Data Analytics Team Technical Director to lead the JREDD Asset Services data initiatives. This remote role with up to 25% travel focuses on building dashboards, data governance, and database platforms to support reliability across accounts.

Reporting to the JREDD Management platform, you will mentor the analytics team, drive continuous improvement, and align asset data requirements with clients.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or CS required.
• 10 years of data management experience.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills.
• CMMS/FCA/RCA administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and configuration of Asset Services databases.
• Lead data management for reliability initiatives across accounts.
• Provide training and QA/QC for data quality.
• Drive process improvements and AI adoption.
