Job summary

JLL is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to oversee a team of Data Analysts and ensure asset data accuracy across client portfolios. The role combines data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration within the JREDD platform, with remote work and domestic travel.

The position emphasizes supervisory responsibilities, performance metrics development, and coordination with program management, surveyors, reliability engineers, and technology professionals to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with some supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information.
• Experience with real estate software applications and data management tools.
• Ability to lead and coach a team of Data Analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Data Analysts to provide daily oversight and guidance.
• Develop and manage performance metrics for direct reports.
• Coordinate with program management, surveyors, reliability engineers and tech professionals to meet milestones.
• Prepare reports summarizing data collection findings and implications for decisions.
• Collaborate with the tech team to enhance data reporting and visualization.
