The role emphasizes advanced Excel modeling, data analysis, and collaboration with brokerage teams. A bachelor’s degree in business/finance/real estate or related field is preferred, with 0–3+ years of CRE experience. On-site work with competitive compensation functions are provided.

Qualifications

• Entry level to 3+ years in commercial real estate
• Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into deliverables
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships
• Ability to multi-task and manage time under pressure

Responsibilities

• Create sophisticated Excel-based analytical tools including macro-enabled financial models
• Read and review real estate documents and prepare client abstracts
• Prepare offering materials for new or existing assignments
• Assist with preparation of presentations and pitches for new business
• Gather and evaluate market data for client deliverables and valuation models
• Track, manage and report project progress for brokerage teams
• Review client portfolio data and due diligence materials
