Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Senior Digital Customer Value Manager to guide high-touch legacy customers through migrations to our SaaS platform.

Functioning as a quarterback during the migration lifecycle, you will minimize transition friction, protect recurring revenue, overcome user change resistance, and drive immediate platform adoption before transitioning the portfolio into our steady-state Customer Value organization.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in Customer Success with experience guiding Enterprise and Mid-Market through digital transformations or legacy-to-SaaS migrations.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS, cloud storage, information governance, and document capture technologies.
• Proven track record delivering software onboarding to Fortune 500 clients in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead Transformation Strategy by mapping legacy workflows to SaaS capabilities while protecting long-term contract conversions.
• Accelerate Adoption & Monitor Health with data-driven enablement strategies and milestone metrics.
• Triage Technical Friction by collaborating with Migration Engineering and Product teams to resolve issues.
• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Handoffs and maintain detailed account health records for steady-state transitions.
