Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Digital Customer Value Manager to guide high-touch legacy customers through migrations to our SaaS platform. You’ll act as a strategic quarterback to minimize friction, protect recurring revenue, and drive platform adoption before transitioning portfolios to the steady-state Customer Value organization.

Qualifications
- 5–7 years in Customer Success with Enterprise and Mid-Market migrations experience.
- Deep knowledge of SaaS, cloud storage, information governance, and content management.
- Proven track record delivering software onboarding to Fortune 500 clients in regulated industries.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, proficiency with CSP, travel under 5%.
Responsibilities
- Lead Transformation Strategy: be the trusted contact during migrations, map legacy workflows to SaaS, protect long-term contracts.
- Accelerate Adoption & Monitor Health: drive adoption, track milestones, and lead reviews to resolve issues.
- Triage Technical Friction: partner with Engineering and Product to resolve data mapping and ingestion delays.
- Orchestrate Cross-Functional Handoffs: maintain account health records and hand over to Customer Value team when steady-state is reached.
