Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Digital Customer Value Manager to guide high‑touch legacy migrations to our SaaS platform. You’ll act as a strategic quarterback, protecting recurring revenue and driving rapid platform adoption during the migration lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in Customer Success, strong SaaS translation skills, and a history of servicing Fortune 500 clients in regulated industries. Up to 5% travel and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in Customer Success, guiding Enterprise/Mid‑Market through digital transformations or migrations.
Deep knowledge of SaaS, cloud storage, information governance, and document capture technologies.
Proven track record delivering software onboarding to Fortune 500 clients in regulated industries.
Bachelor’s degree or higher; proficient with Customer Value Platforms; travel under 5%.

Responsibilities

Lead Transformation Strategy: act as the primary contact during migrations, mapping legacy workflows to SaaS while protecting long-term contracts.
Accelerate Adoption & Monitor Health: implement data‑driven enablement to drive user adoption and track milestones.
Triage Technical Friction: work with Migration Engineering and Product teams to resolve data mapping issues and delays.
Orchestrate Cross‑Functional Handoffs: maintain account health records and seamless handoffs to standard Customer Value teams.
