Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Digital Customer Value Manager to guide high-touch legacy migrations to our SaaS platform. You will act as a strategic quarterback, reducing friction and protecting recurring revenue while achieving early platform adoption.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in Customer Success, deep knowledge of SaaS and data governance, and a proven record delivering software onboarding to Fortune 500 clients in regulated industries. Travel is <5%.

Qualifications

5–7 years of Customer Success experience guiding Enterprise/Mid-Market through complex digital transformations or legacy-to-SaaS migrations.
Deep knowledge of SaaS, cloud storage, information governance, and document capture technologies.
Proven track record delivering software onboarding to Fortune 500 clients in highly regulated industries (e.g., Financial Services, Energy, Legal, Life Sciences, Media, Public Sector).
Bachelor’s degree or higher; proficient with CSP platforms; travel less than 5%.

Responsibilities

Lead transformation strategy as the trusted contact during migrations, mapping legacy workflows to SaaS capabilities while protecting long-term contracts.
Drive adoption and monitor health with data-driven enablement strategies and milestone metrics.
Triage technical friction by partnering with Migration Engineering and Product teams to resolve issues.
Orchestrate cross-functional handoffs and maintain detailed account health records for smooth transitions to steady-state teams.
