Job summary

Manages customer account activity including order fulfillment, backorders/substitutes, and inquiries.
Acts as a liaison for invoicing, reimbursement and related services.
Collects and reviews customer feedback, complaints and product returns.
Supports process improvement initiatives to optimize inventory and profitability.
